Takeshi Kitamura (喜多村 武 Kitamura Takeshi) is a publisher of Kadoyama Publishing.

He have black eyes and black hair. He wears glasses. He also have a mustache and a beard.
Personality[]
He is very kind publisher that even apologies for people who he called to visit him. He finds young people are lucky enough to be still young at their age.

He called Kotarō and thank him for submitting for the newcomers award. He then ask him to visit him on Sunday. During that day, he told Kotarō he isn't skilled enough to be a literature. He recommend him doing some light novels instead.
